Disliked: The room was dirty, the refrigerator was broken and all the food went bad because of the refrigerator condition. Was offered to transfer to another room but smelled like dog smell. But my major disappointment was that it’s so stupid that a hotel charge 40.00 per night to park? Also the customer service at the front desk was very rude. These properties shouldn’t exist because the right thing to do is to provide parking for the customers and why pay an additional charge when it’s supposed to be part of the service. What is the customer supposed to bring and park the car next to the bed? It’s stupid.
