Nice location and quiet comfy...
Liked: Convenient to LAX. Shuttle was great! Bed was comfy.
Disliked: The door to my room was tight and stuck so I couldn’t get in.

Okay Stay, Provided What I...
Liked: The room lacked amenities I normally expect at a Holiday Inn, including slippers. The hotel did not provide these even when requested. Hotel was very close to the airport, which was convenient as I had to catch a flight early the next day. The shuttle was fast and efficient. Hotel right next to a McDonald's for easy chow.
Disliked: Would've been better if the room had slippers.

Convenient, and comfortable enough, but...
Liked: The staff was lovely and very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable though there's constant ambient noise. The shuttle from the airport is super convenient. Food in the restaurant was good, though few vegetarian options.
Disliked: Despite reporting the problem and having someone sent to solve it, the shower didn't provide hot water reliably – it would turn cold randomly while in use, which wasn't at all fun. I had to unplug the room's fridge, which made an unbearable noise. The only breakfast option is an expensive buffet. Perhaps it's included in most room fares but it wasn't in mine and I ended up just going to the nearby 24-hour starbucks next door. I hate the wanton wastefulness of the place: rather than have a washable mug in the rooms, there are disposable cups, each individually wrapped in plastic. Finally, though there's a kind of shop for toiletries and basics, it doesn't offer any kind of period product, as I found when my period started unexpectedly early.
