Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing! That includes the front desk, restaurant, and maintenance staff.
Disliked: There was a large bug found in the bathroom, so we switched rooms and we were given complimentary breakfast vouchers. However, the toilet in the new room kept clogging for no reason. Although the issue was addressed immediately (the first time), it was such a nuisance that the next time it happened we just used the lobby restrooms for the remainder of our stay since we only had one day left and we were coming and going frequently. Also, we weren’t warned about the proximity of renovations to our room so we were unable to use the room to sleep during the day due to the noise.

Liked: Everything. It was quiet. Spacious. Great value. Enrique who checked me in set the tone for a good and safe visit. Traveling with my daughter all the above meant everything
Disliked: Bed was a lil too firm for me but everything else was great.

Disliked: I payed for a king bed a week in advanced when I got to the hotel I was given a room with 2 beds and the beds were small my husband and I slept very uncomfortable
