Great hotel!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and the location was perfect. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.

Passable

Liked: Clean and comfortable room very quiet and safe environment
Disliked: Their hot tub is filled with cement and that is the only reason I and everyone who booked a room with me wanted to enjoy

Nice but could have been...

Liked: Close to all restaurants and shopping, quiet, and everyone was friendly.
Disliked: Elevator was out of order, but I was not informed at booking or when checking in. I wasn’t made aware of the location of the service elevator that guests were allowed to use, and had to use the stairs since the room was on the third floor.

Hotel was ok but they...

Liked: clean room and nice location.
Disliked: Hotel tried to charge my debit card multiple times after checkout. I paid via booking.com but still why did hotel tried to charge me? My card is EU bank debit card.

Usually great but this time...

Liked: Location, price, room/bed
Disliked: I have stayed here multiple times and it's always been clean but this time the halls were dirty and cluttered. My floor did not have an ice maker.
