Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Raman in particular was very helpful when we encountered some issues.
Disliked: We had a noise issue, which was as no fault of the hotel. A neighbouring apartment was having a party until 3am. However, the staff were very accommodating and moved us to another room to solve the issue.

Liked: The front desk staff were lovely and really helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The in room menus stated room service was available until 11pm. We returned late one evening following an event and rang down for room service at around 10.10pm. We were told the kitchen was closed, and when I stated the menu said we could order until 11, the staff member then said they could do pizza. I asked him to hold on for a second whilst I checked with the other person if they were happy with this, and he hung up on me! There was a 24 hour McDonald’s down the road so we went there instead

Liked: Room. Clean & tidy. And service - breakfast and reception desk - service was awesome.
Disliked: Location, but this was my fault. So basically, all good.
