Lovely hotel, Good location

Liked: Lovely hotel, great staff, good location.Rooms good size, breakfast was good.Had 2 rooms booked and we did find room 329 was very cold. Heater was provided but wasn't great and bathroom very cold.

Very dissapointing having to share...

Disliked: I would not book with Booking .com as i was unable to get the room types that i asked for.The receptionist said if we had booked direct we would have had the room that we requested.I booked this 6 weeks before travellingNot Good for booking .comI await a reply from you before going on trip advisor
