Liked: Looked in vain for mixed berries. Other Holiday Inns have them but not Sutton
Disliked: Bed very soft , got back ache.

Liked: Friendly attentive staff. Food was nice and hotel was clean and tidy.

Nice hotel

Liked: Nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. Nice bar to have some drinks or coffee. The pool is small but nice. The steam room is great too. The rooms are very clean but the big let down is the comfort of the beds. Apart from that everything is excellent. A 5 minute walk to the train station to bring you into London City

Quality of the room would...

Liked: Customer service
Disliked: The room we stayed had signs of wear and tear, looked outdated and furnishings were very old.
