Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Liked: We travelled as an u12s rugby touring group, the hotel was so accommodating and the staff were great.

Disliked: Double room wasn’t available but we were only advised AFTER the stay. Breakfast tables not cleared. Some staff at breakfast working hard but others somewhat disinterested and surly
