Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

A good, comfortable stay

Disliked: We found the lack of storage space such as drawers in our room restricting as we had to live out of our suitcases. There was no towel rail in the bathroom.No hooks for wet coatsOn December 26th there was a problem with the chemicals in the jacuzzi and one of us inhaled poisonous fumes, hopefully with no long term effects

Liked: Nice location, quiet rooms, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly restaurant staff, good breakfast, dog friendly, well lit green area around the hotel.
Disliked: Booked it for the pool and the jacuzzi. It was closed on our first day and jacuzzi not was not working on the 2nd day:(

Liked: Warm, comfortable clean and excellent breakfast...even on Christmas Day!
Disliked: No hot drinks available from the bar at 10:40 pm...but it was Christmas Eve!
