Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Disliked: There was no heat in the room. System was blowing out freezing cold air. Complained to reception, lady bought a small radiator up that didn't help at all. The lady commented on how cold the room was, but did nothing to rectify situation. Had to sleep fully clothed with two duvets on and was still cold. It was 3 degrees outside, it felt like someone had left the window open. Tried to warm the room up by boiling the kettle several times, putting the iron and hairdryer on, did nothing. Was freezing cold all night. Went to run the bath (also to try and warm the room up) what looked like mouse droppings (lots of them) came out of the tap! Also didn't help to warm room up. The temperature in the room was no more than 10-12 degrees at best. I should have slept in the corridor which was lovely and warm. The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows awful, stuffed with large chunks of foam, just couldn't get comfortable at all, had zero sleep. In the morning I couldn't have a shower as I didn't want to wash in potentially contaminated dirty water, plus it was too cold......had a body wash and dressed very quickly due to the cold. Couldn't wait to leave, nearly went to my car to sleep in the night. Another guest complained that the heating wasn't working on the 16th January (On TripAdvisor) my stay was the 21st January, so hotel knew there was no heating 5 days earlier and did nothing to rectify. Absolutely shocking that hotel are allowing guest to stay with no heat and dirty water system!! Also note there aren't any EV charging facilities.
