Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Disappointing. Unacceptable to put us...

Liked: Position, warm, and decent restaurant.
Disliked: Given room with high pitched whining noise…staff seemed aware of problem but put us in room anyway. They did move us when we told them we could hear the noise.

Liked: Had a great stay. The hotel is warm modern clean and staff really Friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant for me as I have family 5min away so really convenient. Food was great , breakfast well cooked and loads of choice.Will definitely stay again

Liked: The room was very comfortable- it was a family room which was set up as a kingsize bed and large sofa bed. We did not eat at the hotel as we had already made plans but the menu on offer looked extensive and would suit a family.
