Will definitely stay at this hotel again. I have never known anywhere where the staff were this friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond, even the chamber staff!

Liked: The staff. All of them amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, Kim and also the young girl with long blonde hair - forgotten her name.
Disliked: Maybe a little dirty in the public areas.

Liked: Location was ideal for visiting family in Walton and travelling to London. On site parking was handy. Food was very good with a good choice especially the breakfast .4

Liked: The breakfast was great.
Disliked: We booked two rooms one containing a sofa bed. We arrived at 6pm and the sofa bed wasn’t made up and it took them three hours for it to be made. Which was very disappointing. We also went into the swimming pool and came out with severe rashes from a highly chlorinated pool.

Excellent; exceeded expectations

Liked: Excellent hotel; appeared to be recently re-furbished. Room large with heaps of space. Had dinner in the pub area which was good. Breakfast excellent with alot of options and caters to various allergies etc. Staff very friendly and assisted during our stay both on the front desk and around the dinner area.

Liked: Nice room, good desk, comfy bed, big tv, YouTube, really good reception staff. Many rooms overlook the garden which is great. Snazzy interior design to main areas and restaurant. BUT the pool, which is why I booked here, is not four star- peeling blistered paint on bottom of walls, limescale on windows, doors etc and hair in plugs after kids lessons let it down. Also dinner was awful- vegetarian tart as a main was tiny (10cm diameter!!) with a spoonful of limp salad leaves, and brown wrinkled new potatoes which must have been kept warm for hours.
