We had a lovely stay...

Liked: Every thing was really good,from meeting Sheez at reception, getting a free drink and snack and the breakfast was good the next day. The only negative is that it had an adjoining room via a door which was locked but you can hear people in the next room unfortunately.
Disliked: The adjoining room

Disappointing

Liked: The location was perfect though not our first choice it was well placed for our trip
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable at all and the facilities were basic

Liked: It was clean and had good room service
Disliked: The premier rooms were very small for the money , furniture was crammed in , only one pillow on the bed and one lot of towels after searching found extra in the wardrobe. The walls were thin could do with soundproofing on the walls , woken early by the tv in the next room could even hear people talking . The coffee machine leaked when you refilled the water container, I did request at reception , they said it was fixed when we were out but it wasn’t fixed .

Liked: Good location and friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean
Disliked: Hot breakfast was not hot at all. This was disappointing, especially as we were in not long after the restaurant opened.The rooms need a bit of a refurb as they are looking tired

Liked: Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices. I was delighted to see porridge on the menu freshly made and piping hot that was a plus for me. The staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I just could not fault this hotel it served all my needs. Excellent location good value for money, staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and I would strongly recommend it to a friend or family
