Exceptional

Great for night flight stays

Liked: Quiet, comfortable bed, free WiFi. Helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the airport.
Disliked: Not cheap.

Great + convenient for the...

Liked: Check-in was swift and breezy, the staff was very warm and welcoming.The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were really crisp. The tv worked without any challenges.
Disliked: When you have a shower the water splashes all over the bathroom floor.No conditioner.

Spotless clean

Liked: Extremely clean, exceeded expectations, was literally perfect after a long night flight. Very dark at night, quiet. I asked for my room to be warm at my arrival and they even gave me an extra electric radiator on top of the heating in the vents. Many thanks. Shower the morning after was marvelous, the water very hot, and very nice hygiene products - all from Dove, creamy and smelling nice. Bonus spot: incredible chicken club sandwich in the menu

Liked: Everything was great about the facilities and the staff at the reception were super helpful. Walking distance to Luton Airport.
Disliked: There was an issue with my room - the air vent made very loud noises all night and I couldn’t sleep well. Booked this hotel to get a good night sleep before and early flight and did not provide this.

Liked: This hotel is an excellent choice for using Luton Airport. It is very close, around 10-min walk. The room was roomy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a good night sleep.Staff was polite and very helpful. Parking was £14 for 24 hours, which is very good if you aren't going to stay for too long.
