Disliked: Air-conditioning didn’t work. Restaurant dreadful.

Disliked: The experience was terrible the room was so dirty wasn’t cleaned I want to make a complaint or get my money back !!

Liked: Close to the airport and food was good
Disliked: No Aircon working in the rooms on second floor only told when booking in. No windows to open, room was boiling hot so not able to sleep. The bed might as well have been an ironing board it was so uncomfortable. I was charged for three beers when I only had two, refund to my account never happened. I would not advise staying in this hotel. It is unacceptable to inform you that the room had no Aircon at 20:30 on arrival. This left us no option but to accept the room. We was offered a room with two single beds we are a married couple that is not what I booked.

Liked: Really close to the airport, just take the e shuttle bus within few minutes, clean and knit, huge bed

Disliked: The room was small and dirty. The bathroom was broken, and there were big disgusting molds in the shower

Very short sleep before flight,...

Liked: The restaurant was handy for dinner, the location is great for the airport, the staff were knowledgeable and polite and everything was clean and as described.

Great hotel for an early...

Liked: Great hotel for a pre-flight stay - we had an early morning flight out of Luton so this hotel served it's purpose wonderfully. Easy to book a taxi the following morning using their dedicated direct phone service. The restaurant exceeded expectations - we enjoyed dinner here after a busy day of travel to get to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable.
