Superb

The location was great!

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed happy hour from 6-7 daily in the restaurant and the food was good especially the pizza! The daily breakfast had multiple options and was well organized. This hotel is very close to High Kensington station which was very convenient and we used the underground daily.
Disliked: We waited till around 7:30 pm on the day of check in to get our room. The initial room we got at 7 pm was not cleaned. This was a huge disappointment on the day of check in. The second room we got had someone’s old food in it. The following day we got a clean room and enjoyed our stay.

Great location and the best...

Liked: This hotel has the most delicious breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed out. Awesome location a few mins from high st Kensington tube stop and perfect access to the Cromwell hospital

Good value for money

Liked: Good value for money - compared to similar hotels. Easy transport to other parts of London via Underground.Helpful, friendly concierge. Hotel cafe useful place to get snacks/quick breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was fairly basic - but that was all we paid for!

Great price, excellent service and...

Liked: From the moment arriving, to the moment we left, the staff (especially the concierge) were so attentive. This was a special treat for my five year old, a mini adventure to London, and the location to the museums, tube and the park was perfect for us. It was really great value for money, where children eat free and the swimming pool was a great facility. I occasionally travel to Bloomsbury for work, and struggle to find a decent hotel. I will stay here now, even if it's not right by my office, it's still convenient.
Disliked: I felt the menu was a little limited in choice / variety, but was very good quality none the less. The room was a little on the small side and would have preferred a bath with the little one, but it was enough for us and my son was super impressed and excited by his first stay in a hotel!
