A good night’s sleep in...

Liked: Located in central Kensington. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is large and quite good. My room had a wonderful bed and even a bath tub.

Liked: Breakfast ok; gym and pool ok. Gentleman at front door excellent.
Disliked: Staff levels of hospitality vary and some not at all trained or experienced enough. Phone in room 7039 does not work. The laundry options were not in my room. When I chased up to do laundry and prepaid and was told it would be delivered the next day at a time. It did not arrive, I was told I had not paid and had to go to reception. It was a nightmare. We had boxes delivered to hotel in preparation for bookfair and when we asked, it took a number of times to ask to track down all parcels. Customer service on the phone is terrible. Especially when your room phone does not fully work.

Liked: Good location. Lots of space. Bonus having a pool and spa.Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful
Disliked: Very little choice at breakfast for vegans. The bed was a little uncomfortable as mattress very hard.

Liked: The location was excellent and the team made my birthday extremely special which I am truly grateful for. The complimentary upgrade, cake, drinks and cards were such a lovely surprise as I wasn't expecting so much!
Disliked: The view but it wasn't an issue as my friend and I didn't spend much time in the room.
