Liked: I liked everything about the property, staff very helpful and welcoming. They assisted in booking taxis making sure I enjoy my stay. Rooms spotless clean, breakfast. Services are amazing!!!

Dreamy night away

Liked: Rooms clean and spacious, bed was super comfy!! And A* breakfast. Staff were wonderful from the front desk through to the cleaners and restaurant staff.

Disliked: Ground floor windows so had to keep curtains drawn. Grumpy unhelpful reception staff. Electric car charging not working, no prior advice of this, staff totally unhelpful as to alternatives. Barman a buffoon without a clue

Perfect stay for reasonable cost

Liked: Great location close to Tullys Farm where we were going for Shockfest
Disliked: It was perfect for our overnight stay, it would be nice if there were some comfortable sofas in the bar area instead of chairs and stools but this was a minor observation

Nice hotel

Liked: Everything was nice, staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good
Disliked: We were flying during my partner's birthday. I asked the hotel if they could decorate our room and they were not able to do this. A small gesture of any sort to make his stay special would've been so appreciated.
