Overnight before flight

Liked: Used as an overnight stay before flight. Hotel was fine. We ate in the restaurant which wss good but options for children wete limited. The guy on reception made a big deal about selling us a dinner ticket for a three course meal which would allow our daughter to eat for free but kids eat free anyway so I came away feeling a little scammed.

Hotel nightmare & staff member...

Liked: On reception was lady called Alice who told me I couldn’t just arrive and ask for 2 weeks parking even though the car park was half empty she was very rude and shouting infront of my 4 year old daughter. She then made a call and came off the phone and said it’s okay for 2 weeks parking. The hotel emailed before saying I only need to pre book long stay parking so maybe they should tell this member of staff. Then we was told the air conditioning is in winter mode and only blows out hot air. Absolute shambles of a hotel I definitely won’t make mistake of booking here again, worth paying the extra for a better named hotel.

Liked: Very quiet clean and friendly . Breakfast was fantastic all fresh cooked breakfast staff cleaning and helpful
Disliked: No english breakfast tea only organic .
