Disliked: Sofa bed in room made room feel small

Liked: We had a very late check-in but the reception staff member was superb. Very welcoming.
Disliked: The bathroom tiles were old, tired and dirty in places. Needs a full refutb.

Only real option for twin...

Liked: Not many Gatwick airport hotels seem to offer twin rooms so chose this as one on the Hoppa route that does.Check in was efficient, staff helpful and provided Hoppa timetable for morning trip to the airport.Room was on top floor and 3 lifts available so didn't have to wait long.Useful the hotel had screens in reception showing arrival/departure info of flights.Didn't use the restaurant or have breakfast but the toilets were clean and clearly regularly inspected.
Disliked: With two of us and our luggage there wasn't a lot of space in the room.Airport hotels are generally more expensive but for the size of the room the value for money wasn't that great.
