overall a great stay but...

Liked: check in and staff very friendly
Disliked: bathroom /shower area was dirty - hair left in basin also although there was a fridge in our room would have been nice to have had some water - still water

Short Stay but Satisfied

Liked: The customer service was wonderful. The staff was kind and accommodating. The room was nice and warm and perfect size. Loved that it was smart tv. I could stream the kids' shows. Will definitely stay again
Disliked: For future reference, the bath needs deep cleaning. The sink had to clean a little wasn't bad. The baby cot we requested didn't have any mattress ( not sure if that's how it's given). Didn't use it to sleep as it was uncomfortable for my 1 year old.
