Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable beds.
Disliked: Charging a fortune for wifi. Really? These days?

Perfect!

Liked: we stayed at the holiday inn hotel, everything was perfect from start to finish. Very kind staff and super responsive to all our requests. A big thank to Jasmine at reception, who was cheerful and kind! we had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded upon our arrival and were also able to leave our luggage at reception upon our arrival and also on the day of our departure.In short, we will come back!!

Very good

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly yet professional. The words of affirmation at breakfast were an over and above addition and very appreciated.
Disliked: Very basic supplies, no conditioner, or biscuits in the room.

A great location with helpful...

Liked: Special mention to the lovely Prerna at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble , very attentive and always done with a smile !! A real asset to the Holiday Inn
