Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Disliked: The selection of tea and coffee in the room could have been better given the quality of everything else and the cost of the room.

Disliked: Smell of cleaning products or room perfume fairly strong and not altogether pleasant. Could have done with a Kit Kat with the coffee which travelodge offers and is cheaper.

Liked: The property was lovely very close to everything we could see the lock from our room. The staff were amazing, very friendly and polite. They also decorated the room as our stay was for a birthday. we will definitely stay again.
Disliked: we loved everything about it.

Great location but you pay...

Liked: Great location, paid extra for the view which was great, lovely helpful staff. plenty of hot water.
Disliked: Noise was an issue, thankfully it wasn't anywhere near full. TV was so old and unpleasant to try and negotiate. Carpet was worn in places. Hospitality tray was sparse with nothing to our taste. No mini fridge, room smaller than anticipated. Too much money for what was there. Bed ok but not super comfy. Been in much cheaper places in excellent locations that offer so much more.
