Good hotel; good location; great staff and friendly welcome, but everything good was completely overshadowed by only being able to get wifi in your room if you pay £12. The room cost enough as it is, and paying for something that you get for free pretty much everywhere else in Camden is frankly greedy.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable beds.
Disliked: Charging a fortune for wifi. Really? These days?

Nice place but way too...

Liked: Generally I would say this hotel is saved by its terrific staff. They are very friendly and helpfuI. Its location is great too.
Disliked: Stayed 3 nights in November. The heating in our room wasn't working the whole visit. They gave us little plug in heaters which did the job eventually but took ages to heat the room. The biggest issue though was the price. It's just an average hotel (save for its staff) at a much higher than average price. OK its London, OK its Camden Town but its a Holiday Inn. Having a rate without breakfast included would be a start.
