Disliked: The fact that i had to pay for the car park...that is just not good for me and otber people whom we had a conversation with. As a business, you should be providing parking for clients. We shouldn't be charged for parking on the premises. That is what I hate about the hotel. £14 every day for 4 days could pay a day charge for a room.You need to look into this.Also, I did not check out, i came back to my room, my night dress was removed, and the housekeeper never owned up that she took it.First time in your hotel, my personal stuff eas missing.The other one was that body wash was emptied and not replaced or refilled. Report to the manager, and he brought a replacement .The entrance gate to the car park should be secured. I had a phobia looking back to see if someone was walking behind me

Liked: we had a greatttttt time in london and stayed at the most amazing hotel ive ever been in the staff was amazing the food was great the breakfast wass good we definitely will be comming back
Disliked: what we didnt like was that there was no shops around and was far away from the city

Disliked: The provision of water 💧 in the rooms as part of complementary drinks would be appropriate. This can be included in booking. Rooms had no water which i find very appalling

Liked: The environment was very nice 👌 very nice staff Hanpreet and Vicky excellent service .The room was meant cleaned, and the facilities were clean
Disliked: The fact that the housekeeper didn't replenish the body wash , it was empty.Also, my night dress was removed and never found when i returned to the room.
