Liked: Modern . Nice room and staff Good location next to Lock
Disliked: Quite far from Tube so we used overground rail network. 15 minute walk and 30 mins on direct train into London

Excellent stay

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. However did have to ask for cutlery both mornings.

Good location and transport links...

Liked: Standard Holiday Inn room with 'pay for parking' underneath the hotel. Good transport links and location.
Disliked: Had to miss out on the breakfast due to an early start and car park could have been cheaper.

Liked: Room was clean staff were extremely helpful location is perfect right on the lock.
Disliked: Nothing to add here.
