Good overnight stop

Liked: Straightforward hotel for an overnight stop in south east London near main transport links. Clean and practical room with early breakfast. Plenty of parking.

Liked: Ample parking, clean, good location to where we wanted.
Disliked: Door had to be slammed shut

Liked: Fridge to keep our own drinks cold and milk and staff at breakfast were friendly
Disliked: Lady at Reception on the first day we checked in was rude generally in her attitude . I paid for two days of breakfast and She didn't give me a voucher for both 2 days so had to re que up to get the second voucher for the second day and she didn't apologies for the mistake at all and very much unbothered . Her general attitude stank. She also made mistake of adding two more breakfasts on for some reason so when I checked out the other receptionist tried to say I hadn't paid and I said I had and she then admitted this first lady had added on two extra breakfast for some reason ! Never asked her and she knows I only asked for myself and made clear the other guest with me didn't want it . Also she made a mistake with my parents who checked in, of not closing the account when my parents had asked her to! Don't understand why she even does front of house as customers service skills are zero! Also the hotel hadn't stocked my parents mini bar and then when we had to go back and ask for it to be stocked they didn't have all the items anyway, only a few. In terms of hygiene, the rooms were not clean, and the bath had visable public hairs all around the bath and dirt. So, I'm not sure what the cleaner did in the bath room ! Same again on the bedding as well ! Carpet was clean in my room but my parents room there was crumbs on the carpet from the other stay and not been hoovered. Not clean overall in both our rooms really . Noisey neighbours in room above which I appreciate you can't do anything about but did affect our sleep . Staff at breakfast made up for it as they were friendly and accommodating. Unfortualty, not somewhere I'd come back to, mainly due to receptionist on check in and the rooms being dirty for a premium room, I wasn't impressed .
