On the whole I would...

Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable.

A very clean and comfortable...

Liked: It was a very good central location. Without any exceptions all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with a view over the city landmarks. The hotel also benefited from a secure car park located next door, for which you could get a reduced parking rate.
Disliked: These are niggles rather than complaints. Our room was quite warm and we couldn’t open the window as it appeared to have a broken hinge. The breakfast was ok, but we felt it could have been a little better. Amongst the options for the cooked breakfast there was a choice of two types of sausage and bacon, but there was no option of a vegetarian sausage.The continental breakfast was nice. The hotel was not without vegetarian/vegan options but the vegan VLT club sandwich we had was very, very dry and the middle slice of bread in the club sandwich did nothing to help in that regard.

Nice hotel for a business...

Liked: Nice spacious room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff is very nice.
Disliked: Window does not close properly thus cold and noisy but I asked for a little heater and the noise wasn’t that bad so I was fine. Location is rather in a rough area with lots of homeless and drunks

Ideal location for public transport...

Liked: Your staff on reception were wonderful, helpful and nothing too much trouble. We arrived slightly early and the room was ready. The breakfast was lovely and the views lovely too.We'll definitely be back soon. Thank you.
Disliked: The bath panel kept coming off to reveal dirt underneath so just needs sorting. Other than that. All good.

Very helpful staff, nice comfy...

Liked: Very central, really helpful staff, very comfy beds with plenty of space, very clean. Location next to the station also great and was able to leave bags after check out until my train later that day.
Disliked: The price was quite high but I guess it reflects a Saturday night in a popular place to visit and was very central.
