Excellent would stay again.

Liked: Location is excellent right across to Lime Street Station, 5 - 10 min walk to main shopping area, room was very nice had everything we needed, restaurant for dinner was nice as well as the breakfast.
Disliked: Northing everything was very nice

Nothing was too much trouble

Liked: Staff so helpful and welcoming. It was an unexpected last minute overnight stay due to our vehicle not being ready to return home. Staff went out their way to help us with a charger for our phone and offered toiletries although we had managed to pick some up. We will stay here in the near future for leisure. Very impressed

Liked: Excellent location and fabulous view from room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice
