First, my room was not available. I was given keys to a room that was occupied by another man. He had said the very same thing happened to him. Apparently overbooked. The bed seemed old and very uncomfortable. Sunk into the middle of the mattress. There were no regular coffee packets available. I was told to go to the lobby to get coffee. When I did, I was only given one packet and had to ask for two since there were two of us staying in my room. In the future I will avoid staying at a Holiday Inn.

Even though the hotel was under construction, it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Disliked: The rooms are kinda dingy and they could’ve used a deep clean. on the day of my departure, I went downstairs because I needed a toothbrush and Orlando was on the phone the whole time and did not acknowledge me.

Liked: The dinner theater was wonderful.
Disliked: In the morning, we either had bed bug bites all over or the laundry was not cleaned well and the soap left on them irritated our skin. I also want to state that we paid almost $25 for breakfast and it was awful.

Disliked: We reserved a king suite confirmed and we got a double queen bed with no couch. Free breakfast coupons were issued to make up for it. The kitchen wasn’t even open at 7:15am.

1 night stay for hospital...

Liked: Everyone was very nice & we were thankful for the hotel restaurant so we didn't have to go out. Beds were very comfy & the location was grest for an appointment the next day.
Disliked: Bathroom was very small!!
