Liked: Location
Disliked: The clerk at checkout said they didn’t print receipts because I booked thru a 3rd party. Have used booking.com for years and never had this problem. I like to see a breakdown of charges and taxes and was refused. I am monitoring my bank and have not seen the incidental $100 hold come back yet.

Disliked: Half the channels on the TV were not working. NE football game was not available because the channel was not working. Should have known about this issue and had it fixed or at least told us about it.
