Good stay incredible staff

Liked: Location was great were did Not try the breakfast as we slept
Disliked: No hot tub and I don’t think our fridge worked very well

Liked: Very good breakfast options
Disliked: Room was old, dirty, and dingy. Had to be let into the pool by staff. Staff changed my checkin right before I walked in and then tried to tell me it was what I booked. It was a pain to get switched back to my original booking

Disliked: The clerk at checkout said they didn’t print receipts because I booked thru a 3rd party. Have used booking.com for years and never had this problem. I like to see a breakdown of charges and taxes and was refused. I am monitoring my bank and have not seen the incidental $100 hold come back yet.
