Liked: Comfortable room
Disliked: Booked mobility assisted bath & bath had damage & couldn't be used by person having mobility issues. See attachments. Reported to mgmt, nothing done, was supposed to have maintenance check in the morning, only stayed 1 night. Also on election night their wifi was unavailable, wifi out.

Did not stay after seeing...

Liked: It was so bad we did not stay there. Pet hair on both luggage carts. Bedspread looked like someone had lain there. Dark, dreary. Staff wasn’t friendly nor dressed professionally. We walked in the room and walked out. Have asked for a refund. The hotel was rated excellent and 9.1. It will difficult to accept the rating again from your site.
Disliked: Absolutely everything.

Liked: Beds were comfy.
Disliked: There was no breakfast. Never been to a holiday inn that didn't have complimentary breakfast. Ended up.eating gas station egg sandwiches. Was told the Japanese restaurant served breakfast. Looked at the whole menu .... No breakfast listed.Elevator 2 smelled like puke.Hated the shower. We got an accessible room but it was too high to step in safely, poor placement of grab bars, and slick bottom.
