Room clean and functional. Everything worked. Bed not that comfortable. Mattress felt 'well used'.

Liked: Very friendly receptionist who sorted it all out.
Disliked: No record of booking upon arrival at hotel.

Superb

Liked: The staff are friendly and helpful. It's pet friendly. The location is great as I'm visiting family and it's near a good travel route. Parking is plentiful.
Disliked: Only some rooms have a fridge so check if that's required for you. Otherwise I love staying here.

Disliked: Booking in staff not helpful… made a mistake with booking! Not enough beds for me and my two sons. Questioned how I could have two sons the same age (they are twins) not very welcoming
