Room clean and functional. Everything worked. Bed not that comfortable. Mattress felt 'well used'.

Liked: Very friendly receptionist who sorted it all out.
Disliked: No record of booking upon arrival at hotel.

Excellent but could do without...

Liked: Convenience. Breakfast choice.
Disliked: The strong insistence to join the loyalty program. I joined because I was offered a complimentary breakfast which was worth it. The breakfast choice was incredible.
