Liked: The room was lovely, spacious
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable and couldn’t eat in restaurant for breakfast as full so had to sit in bar, some people on coffee tables eating food

Liked: We stayed at the holiday inn at the weekend, it was lovely, such a really nice stay, lovely bar area, restaurant and reception, there was nothing I can fault, the breakfast was blooming lovely such a great selection from pastries, cooked meats, fruit and the full English, the staff were really helpful.Situated right near the town we found it a perfect location

Disliked: Heating in room didn't work so was given a plug in radiator which did little to keep the room warm. Constant whining sound from the window every time the wind blew made it hard to sleep. Took half an hour and three requests to get a glass of water at the restaurant.

5 mins from Cathedral!

Liked: Great city centre position, 2 mins to high street !. Helpful and friendly staff, spacious clean room and bathroom with bath & shower , towels soft and changed daily .Explore the artesian shops and coffee houses in the arcades . The cathedral 5 mins from hotel ! .
Disliked: Restaurant and food prices very high , however, step outside the hotel to a extravaganza of international restaurants and food outlets . Latin American, Asian ,European and McDonald's! .
