Liked: Excellent service, friendly and most helpful staff. Lovely accommodation. The staff go out of their way to assist and can't do enough to help you. Central location to the city. Food is very nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel... I like is so much, I've booked in for further stays.
Disliked: Local knowledge helps as couldn't find way around the city centre for good restaurants as most appear to be fast/ junk food outlets. Getting into the city centre by road isn't much fun either. Hotel food, though good, is a little on the pricey side.

Liked: The room was spacious, comfy beds and a decent size bathroom with a bathtub. We ordered room service, the food was very delicious and the customer service was excellent. We had a relaxing stay.
