Disliked: Kids u12 eat free?! I was charged both evenings for my u12 kids. I asked for the kids menu & was charged regardless. I specifically asked and was charged anyway

Liked: Breakfast was poor

Great place to stay if...

Liked: Good location, very clean, right in the city centre.
Disliked: Entrance to the property is in the car park that’s only for staff and you actually have to park in a car park about 10 minutes walk away.

Another good stay

Liked: The hotel was up to its usual high standards. The twin x double rooms are very large and comfortable. The breakfast is great, with a good selection of products.
Disliked: In line with inflation and possibly because of the comedy festival, the price is creeping up every year. At over £160/night for outside London, we may wish to consider if we will keep visiting every year in future.

Amazing

Liked: I breakfast was great but found the bacon salty.
Disliked: I was happy overall and there was nothing I did not like.

Very disappointing

Disliked: Room was noise with traffic outside plus number of kids running around.

Good location and outstanding breakfast.

Liked: Rooms were lovely and big. Plenty of space, making it more luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of choice every morning. Hotel was close to the city centre, making everywhere within walking distance.
Disliked: First room allocated on the first night was unacceptable. There was an extremely unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The toilet didn't flush properly. It was actually intolerable to stay in.Had to complain and get moved to a new room.
