Great hotel - poor organisation

Liked: Spacious room - lovely breakfast
Disliked: A 30 minute faff while reception staff 'could not find' my booking. Was then sent to a room that was already occupied by other guests (absolutely mortifying). Spent another 20mins waiting in the queue to inform them of embarrassment if walking into an already occupied room.Offered a free drink for the mix up but honestly not the sort of compensation expected.Really unhappy.Needed to decorate for my daughters party and this delayed me hugely
