Liked: Property is very basic. I paid for a premium room but there is nothing premium about it.
Disliked: Hotel as a really bad vibe to it. My card constantly didn’t work and had to keep going back to the reception who was not quick to help out.

Liked: the hotel is a lttle run down but the staff were absoloutley amazing which made up for the decor needing up grading rooms had everything you need , tea coffee , hair dryer , very nice shower a great location for exploring yorkshire added bonus of a small swimmimg pool sauna and steam room all for just over £60 per night you cant go wrong we will be booking this one again !
Disliked: may be a little upgrade to the decor ?

Disliked: The room was small and cramped. The sofa bed on a terrible slant and possibly broken. The double bed was tiny, probably a 3/4 bed. The sofa bed was not made up on our arrival and there were only 2 towels in the room.

Liked: I forgot to mention that I cannot use a shower and needed a room with a bath. The staff quickly arranged this after the first night. Whilst all the staff were friendly, Ben - the Duty Manager was exceptional helping me with my luggage etc. True Yorkshire hospitality at its best!
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The Facilites pool and gym.
Disliked: Water should be provided regardless being a premier room or not. I asked the housekeeper for a water she said she’s not allowed to provide one because I didn’t have premier room. It could’ve been an elderly person ask for someone not too sure if they had a different approach. The bed can be quite firm especially if you are on it for too long .

Liked: Great location. Free parking. Clean and tidy room. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. Small swimming pool which was nice.
Disliked: The corridors are very long. Probably not so good if you are not able bodied.
