Liked: Lovely staff, nice cosy room
Disliked: Tv didn’t work as they’d just got new ones. Staff was very helpful when the came to fix it

Liked: Bed.....room....breakfast....staff.Evening meal .....questionable !!!!!!
Disliked: Wasn't informed....at all...about what time food was being served......Had to return to reception to ask.As we were bed,breakfast +evening meal.....we asked if there was a certain menu for us.....but were told that they'd had new menus printed that didn't state.....Luckily, we were told to order from the standard menu......but ' couldn't order any steak meals.This was acceptable for the 1st 2 nights...but on the 3rd night we were told they had a new menu for us, which only included 4 variants of main meal ( none of which either of us liked).....After speaking to the member of staff, she asked a manager who agreed we could order from the regular menu again.I do appreciate it.......but certainly WOULD NOT have been impressed if this hed been our choice for 3 nights.Also didn't like not having a hot drink included with evening meal.

Liked: Pretty handy location. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Reception had a funny smell to it. My key card stopped working each day

Liked: The location was good and I liked that there was a Starbucks in the bar/restaurant. The staff were friendly and really helpful
Disliked: The corridors were smelly and tatty, stained carpets and in need of a freshen up. The room was ok, if a bit in need of redecorating , dark with lack of decent lighting, no main light in the bedroom, just lamps with dull yellow light. It did the job for a one night stay but I wouldn't want to stay any longer.
