Very relaxing and the location...

Liked: Very spacious and light the room was clean,comfortable and the staff were very professional and helpful. As someone is coeliac it was good to see a good selection of gluten free foods for breakfast
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property I would be quite happy to stay there again

Liked: staff very friendly, easy parking. breakfast was aamzing. Park in "additional" if want to unload easier to room . great swimming pool and saun and steam room
Disliked: flashing red lights on fire alarm, really delayed drawn out dinner, derelict / vandalised building on site with broken glass.

Fine for the price.

Liked: Location perfect for catching up with friends in East Leeds. Buffet breakfast a hit with the kids.
Disliked: Room small for family, and not set up for our number of guests. Service from staff variable. Room properly serviced only once in our 4 night stay.

I regret booking a 5...

Liked: We came around 2pm the lovely young lady in the reception explained that the room I booked is not yet ready I told her any room will do as long as lower floor and with a bath. I leave my stuff and went out with my son when I came back around 4pm the gentleman in reception check us in and start to ask for payment so I told him it was paid through booking.com a week before our check in, I took my bag (3 bags and 1 shopping bag) and I’m with a kid he did not even bother to show me the way of our room or ask someone to help even he knows that my room is not in the lower floor it’s 1 floor up and with the maze corridor we go all through each floor with all the things in my hand no signs or person to ask and I can’t go back to reception as me and my son is already exhausted. It was a very horrible situation. The next day at 10am housekeeping people knock and start to ask what time I will check out when I checked in the reception what time is checked out it’s 11am. Why are they hurry to kick us out? Is it because we are Asian? Still have 4 days here I really hope the atmosphere will change!!!

THE PLACE I WILL NEVER...

Liked: Some shortcomings. Tissue container was empty. Lighting not very good. Sink plug kept getting stuck. 3 flights of stairs with 2 suitcases nearly did me in. Top floor was not a good place to put an old guy like me. Also they had me booked for 5 rooms when I only booked one. They tried to blame me for the error so I rang Booking.com and the lovely lady confirmed I hd only 1 room booked. She requested that I stay on the line while she rang reception to inform them it was their error, and so began the blame game and finger pointing. Not very proffessional.

Good access to main routes...

Liked: Lots of parking and not busy
Disliked: In room WiFi was poor signal

Very Good.

Liked: We changed room as the first night we did not sleep well, but after that the room was very good. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice.
Disliked: Nothing as we had a good stay.
