Liked: The room was clean, comfortable & tidy, such a contrast to the experience we had just had in Italy. The English breakfast was superb!
Disliked: The shower over the bath - surely the UK could catch up on this now, hotel rooms should have proper showers.Oh and we were ripped off by the taxi driver from Manchester Airport - definitely would use Uber in future for going to this hotel

Liked: Corridor signage to rooms could be clearer. Room clean. Breakfast had good selection but egg looked like it had been there a while. Reception very friendly.

Clean hotel, excellent staff, high...

Liked: All staff polite, friendly, professional and attentive. This included reception staff, bar staff and restaurant staff. Thank you. Room was good size. Very clean. Welcoming and comfortable bar area.
Disliked: Instant coffee sachets in the room - could coffee bags be considered? Not keen on the big shared shampoo/shower gel bottles but appreciate this is for environmental reasons. Perhaps have small shower gel etc available on check in (complimentary) as not everyone would want them but if they’re in the room they will likely take them!

Liked: It's a great couple of nights stay with family and friends. Great facilities and breakfast as well. Great value for money.
