It was very easy to book the hotel through ConcertHotels.com. I called on our drive to book a room for that night and it worked out perfectly. The hotel staff made it really simple as well. They had my information in their system and all I had to do was sign and document and get my key. They gave us advice on getting to our venue and held tickets for one of our friends that wasn't available to leave when we were. The hotel room was very nice and incredibly comfortable. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Liked: Guys at the front desk were so kind funny and welcoming. Kevin is a star. The shuttle took us to the Music Factory area for dinner and picked us up....perfect. love having a drink aat the bar...it was great.

Liked: The hotel was close to a variety of restaurants. The staff was very welcoming.
Disliked: Had to take several trips to the check in counter. Our key card stopped working shortly after checking in. Our key wouldn’t work at the pool either even after they had reprogrammed it.

Excellent stay

Liked: Overall excellent hotel, beautiful courtyard to sit outside, loved the location, and our suite was a spacious one bedroom with a balcony. Very spacious! Loved that you could close the door to your bedroom if you wanted to watch two different TVs, read in one etc. Microwave and small fridge helps. Lobby has a small bar and lovely sitting area.

Liked: The courtyard was pleasant to sit in while kids in the pool or in the mornings to drink your coffee.
Disliked: Pool was very dated and in need of paint. Hallways had an unpleasant odor. I was also shocked at the price of breakfast when its normally offered free at some of your other hotels. We actually decided to eat else where because of the price and quality for price.
