Superb

Clean and comfortable hotel located...

Liked: The location was great for what I was visiting for. The hotel was clean and fresh and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room and bathroom was smaller than I expected.

A very nice place to...

Liked: Close to family and easy parking. The beds were very comfortable and staff extremely helpful. Shower and hot water were great!
Disliked: It was New Year’s Eve and there was a lot of outside noise but also inconsiderate guests who were loudly talking in the corridors between midnight and 330 intermittently. The bathroom door conflicted with the closet door - room layout otherwise good.

Beautiful hotel with great location

Liked: Great location, clean, parking garage steps away. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Restaurants/bar is on first floor and has complimentary coffee every morning. Also, coffee in the room.
Disliked: Not one thing I can find that I didn’t like.

Liked: Nice place and clean.
Disliked: Our heater was not working. We left it in and when we returned to the room after hours the room was freezing. We tried to call the front desk but the phone was not working properly and was getting cut off. We had to call from our cell phones. We waited for a technician who confirmed the damaged heater and we were transferred rooms after a total of 45 minutes. When I asked for a second blanket late at night, they told me that the blankets were in the basement and they had to wait for the housekeeper to come back at 7 am! How is it possible for a hotel not to have extra blankets accessible???!!! Unacceptable. As for the breakfast, we only had the option of eggs, fries and pancakes. Personally, I don’t eat such heavy breakfast, I thought there would be an option of a buffet including milk, cereal, bread and butter, jam or some pound cake.
