Liked: Male member of staff on reception was a credit to the company.Breakfast was very good
Disliked: As a 70 yr old with health problems, didn’t like being told the lift was broken and my room was on the third floor. Not possible to reach it I am afraid without a working lift.Female on reception at check in rude, unhelpful and dismissive of similarly aged guest stating same problem to her. Not nice to hear, I would have challenged her tone and attitude if she had been speaking to me!!!Bed too small and uncomfortable.

Liked: The location is very suitable for travellers coming by road as it is easily accessible, but also this is helpful for getting to the local area or further afieldThe room was really good, kettle with drinks facilities, a refrigerator too. The shower and bath were very good and had soap and shower gel and shampoo provided. Plenty of space in the room too. The gym and pool facilities were very good too
