Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Squeaky door! Lighting too dull to read by. Not a great idea to put the hairdryer in front of the receptor point for TV. It blocks the use of the remote control. It would be a good idea to tell people swimming they will need a £1 coin for the locker for storing clothes and valuables. Very annoying.

Disliked: We were given a key to a room on late checkin at night and when we went to enter the room there were people in bed in the room . This is the second time this has happened on 2 different occasions

Christmas at holiday inn okayish

Liked: Breakfast at holiday inn is the best
Disliked: Shower tray dirty cleaned but not properly, soap holder on wash basin dusty, needs bottle removing and cleaning properly. No food other than pizza available Xmas day. £18 for a soggy pizza. Swimming pool gym closed too.

Superb

Liked: Good location, 5 minutes to the city centre, free car park, 1 minutes join to the motorway.
Disliked: Double mattress can be better.

Disliked: The room was not clean. There were random water marks on the floor boards, the curtains had stains and the bathroom door is peeling.
