The staff was unprofessional and need better training.

Liked: The rooms where clean and nice.
Disliked: The night time clerk was hot tempered and border line rude.

This was my first stay at the Clarion Inn Knoxville. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Hats off to this hotel and their employees for an outstanding service!

Disliked: The area was very sketch. Homeless surrounding the area multiple cop cars on check in arresting one for stealing from a truck in parking lot.

Overall would stay there again...

Disliked: The LED lights from the parking lot shining in our room could have been blocked by a curtain but were not!!!

Liked: Half the appliances in the room was broken. And you guys don't say when you get there you must have a credit card . Or you can't stay there even if you have the cash
