The staff was unprofessional and need better training.

Liked: The rooms where clean and nice.
Disliked: The night time clerk was hot tempered and border line rude.

This was my first stay at the Clarion Inn Knoxville. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Hats off to this hotel and their employees for an outstanding service!

overall a good stay, but...

Liked: My husband and I did take the opportunity to eat their breakfast. It was good food, fast and efficient. The staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There are very bright lights in the parking lot that illuminated the entire back of the hotel. Our room faced that side, and unfortunately the blockout curtains did not cover the center 1/3 of the window. they need to correct this issue .

Liked: Location off the highway and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: There were some plumbing issues with the sink and toilet. Stains on the carpet are really noticeable. The floorl lamp didn't even work in the room.

Disliked: Replace Clock radio - blinking and could not unplug. No big deal but annoying.

Liked: Clerk gave us a free voucher for breakfast when we checked in initially and it was to a dirty room. Linen on floor, trash on counters etc. She gave us a new room and tried to make it right.
