The staff was unprofessional and need better training.

Liked: The rooms where clean and nice.
Disliked: The night time clerk was hot tempered and border line rude.

This was my first stay at the Clarion Inn Knoxville. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Hats off to this hotel and their employees for an outstanding service!

Disliked: Our room was given away on a game day. Make sure you check in early and not after midnight. I guess I should have called to let them know we would be checking in late but assumed they would charge my card on file.

Liked: I liked that it was better than the last hotel in Knoxville that we stayed at. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Slow draining sink, shower spilled water to floor in bathroom, tv remote missing pieces, I miss coffee available in the lobby

Liked: I did not have breakfast. The location was so-so. Almost impossible to get an Uber to go downtown.
Disliked: Staff very friendly and kind. Can't think of anything I did not like.
