A rough start was remedied...

Liked: Location was perfect. The staff were beyond accommodating. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Construction happening in the next room maid it difficult to have a much needed 3:30 nap.

Liked: Comfortable beds and clean room
Disliked: No breakfast included. Even just juice, fruit and muffins would have been appreciated. No decaf coffee or herbal tea options in room. Maintenance was taking place in rooms next to and across from our room, but we were not informed of this. The noise began early and was disruptive.

Went for a 13yr old...

Liked: The room was standard, but it was clean and the bathroom was modern.
Disliked: The entire hotel looked a bit tired. Some people in our group got late checkout and others didn't (not well done). The $30 parking is hefty for downtown Kingston. The parking service was not explained...to validate the parking...had to come in from outside. Inside the room there was wall paper pealing off.
