Disliked: I was charged an extra $100 fee for no reason. I stayed at the hotel not even 24hrs and paid $300

Horrible

Liked: Staff is not friendly and rude, the room smelled of mold, the room floor was not vacummed or cleaned, breakfast is not free for even kids. All around bad experience.

Checked on booking.com and reservation...

Liked: It’s a god location.
Disliked: Clerk said booking.com messed up and overbooked the hotel. I had reservations for over 2 weeks. Luckily the Fairfield inn by Marriot had a sweet. We will stay there from now on and not use booking.com.

The staff stole money from...

Liked: I did not like the property the staff were unprofessional.
Disliked: The staff stole money from my room . Charged my card for extra fees for no reason. The alarms kept going off,which I have proof of and the elevators were not working.
