Good room in good location...
Liked: Nice room in a good location
Disliked: Dreadful view from room despite asking for a decent view specially. Reg No for car not taken at Reception. No card giving TV instructions, Phone numbers etc

Comfortable and very good
Liked: Staff helpful and pleasant breakfast was great room was comfortable and well equipped
Disliked: When I booked I asked to be near to lift or reception because my mobility wasn’t good the room I got was the furthest away from lift but thankfully I had my crutch

Exceptional
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Were put well away from the sound of the party downstairs.
Disliked: Fellow guests .... very noisy in the corridors.

Liked: Bar&Restaurant staff went above and beyond for us and our young children Room very spacious and comfy bedNice Dove toiletries Fantastic breakfast
Disliked: Parking was an issue - carpark really not big enough for the amount of guests

Good but not quite there...
Liked: Rooms very clearly updated recently and very clean.
Disliked: Lifts were crazy slow and always had a queue. Hallways etc were very dated and messy with random doors left open. Entry was up stairs so not easy and carpark crazy small. Lost my food order and it was nothing special. Manager was struggling to motivate staff who all seemed new to food service. Waitress was seen running carrying hot food but clearly needed help. Paid same for double room as family room so pricing was crazy.

Disappointing and off putting
Liked: Location
Disliked: There was no hearing or AC in our room. It was a very cold November night. The reception staff knew that there was no heating as when I went down to ask to be moved, he says that is why there is a heater in there. We couldn’t move as the other available room had no heating and the only other option was to go on the top floor that was outdated. We asked for an extra heater and extra duvets. The duvets had no covers on and one was covered in mould and the other had blood on it.We left the hotel at that point and got a refund.
