Good hotel that just needs...

Liked: Good location in the center of the town, close to the cafes and restaurants. Parking available.
Disliked: The overall experience was good. But the price for the stay was a bit high for the aging amenities.

Liked: I turned up with my large dog, was put on second floor the room and stairs was a problem but after explaining the situation, the staff bent over backwards changed room. Making sure we was looked after
Disliked: Just the stairs as l rather use them than the lift gaps in the stairs l felt could be dangerous + the room on second floor

Liked: We’ve stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions and find it the best for our needs when visiting Kenilworth. It’s comfortable and convenient with good facilities. Our bathroom had seemingly been renewed recently and it was a pleasure to use.
Disliked: Not a lot, but with the amount of cars parked around the hotel parking is not much fun especially for blue badge holders.This Holiday Inn like many of the hotels we use certainly looks its age, especially with respect to decoration and furnishings. A significant investment would be necessary I guess to make it seem really good.
