Liked: Jordan the manager was fantastic. Very large, spacious and super clean room. The food at the restaurant was excellent. In Kansas City I will never stay anywhere else.

Disliked: That the night clerk who was running the desk when we checked in was speaking so fast we couldn't understand what he was talking about. Too busy Texting. He put us up on the 4th floor and knew the elevator wasn't working but didnt have the decentcy to tell us. So after we were up there and tried to get back down, we had to take the emergency stairs out of the building. We went straight to the front desk when we got down and he told us..." Oh the elevator doesn't work for that floor, you need to call us at the front desk for us to send the elevator up". What type of service is that? Why didn't he put us on the 3rd floor where the elevator worked. So pissed off! We mentioned this to the front desk when we left. This employee needs a new job...ELSEWHERE!!!
