Bad

Disliked: The staff was very unprofessional, in sweatpants and slippers. Rude to ask for anything. No toilet paper. No Kleenex. Toilet was used and not clean, awful mess in it. Pill or vitamin on bathroom floor. Fridge not working. To say they helped do. The issues was not true. The pool was closed after numerous complaints about the water breaking people out. Just complete mess and awful service. I have still received no information on my stay, no refund after I was told I was going to get. Just ridiculous

Nightmare

Liked: It was the worst stay of my life! We booked a room for my daughter’s birthday and I’m embarrassed I chose this hotel. There was no wifi during our stay with no heads up and no resolution mentioned. So no tv in the whole hotel . Couldn’t watch the basketball tournaments, no movies for the kids to watch. There was hair in the shower when we arrived, no towels, no bedding, I had to go ask and staff was hesitant?! No towels at the pool. Floors throughout hotel were soaking wet from pool and dangerous. Restaurant was a joke. Curtains in room were ripped and stained) I took pictures) . The whole floor wreaked of marijuana. Staff was friendly but not professional or helpful. The outside door to pool was open and anyone could access. There was dirt, bandaids in pool. It was shameful and I’ll never stay at holiday inn again.
Disliked: The hotel seemed newer but staff has run it into the ground

Clean hotel, conveniently located and...

Liked: This was a great location for us to get everywhere we needed to go without traveling a great distance. The hotel was quiet at night and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: My only complaint is that the bathroom by the swimming pool was out of hand soap and paper towels.

Liked: Everything was just fantastic. We discovered our TV remote was missing at 12 AM and they were happy to bring us one!
