Disliked: Really feel overcharged for the room. Overheard the hotel quoted $85 less on phone while I was waiting to check in. Wanted to have dinner in the restaurant and was told it was only open to guests of an organization. Felt very insulted since I was a hotel guest paying $175+ for a not so great room. No other decent restaurants nearby. Staff suggested I go to a bar down the street. Will never stay at this hotel again, and will tell anyone interested about my bad experience.

Liked: This hotel was top notch! I can’t say enough good things about Holly at the front desk. She made us feel like we were old friends and was so willing to help us if we needed anything. What a valuable employee you have in her!! The wait staff in the restaurant was the best also! Thank you so much for having such wonderful people on your staff!
