Stay was nice except woman...

Liked: The young lady who checked us in at 8pm on Tuesday evening was exceptional. Very happy, helpful and caring.
Disliked: Website stayed that breakfast was included. Wednesday morning i ventured downstairs only to be told by a pinched faced dark haired scrawny woman in a red hoodie working behind the check in counter that I was wrong about breakfast. It was not included and I was setting. I bet she told me 10 times I was wrong even though I looked up the site and showed her. She said that was not her fault that it was wrong online. No breakfast.i told her that was one of the deciding factors for us to stay at Holiday Inn. She was rude and mean. I travel quite a bit and she just put Holiday Inn at the bottom of my list. If you keep people like her employed you will run off all your customers for sure.
