Disliked: Night auditor at front desk has zero personality and is borderline rude. The restaurant is so very limited that I never ate there. The female bartender with black hair and tattoos was super nice!

Liked: That you accept dogs and at a reasonable price is primarily why I chose this hotel. The staff was great, the place was reasonably clean considering it is hosting clean up crews for Helene, and it was actually a pretty good room. It was maybe a little too expensive but what isn't these days.
Disliked: Should not have cost $200 to stay for one night. The $154 should have included taxes, fees, whatever.

Smokey Mt. Best Western

Liked: We loved the stay. A very sweet lady at the desk at check in. The room was very, very clean and well decorated. Smelled great, bathroom was well done for what a handicapped really needs. We were in #104, and on our next stay we will be asking for that same room. Quiet and even had water and cookies in a bag welcoming us. We have spent $$$ on highly named hotels and never enjoyed a stay like this. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality and a true handicapped bathroom
Disliked: Not enough time to spend other nights there. The price of canned cokes or water. $2 is too much.

Liked: Nice area. Close to college where we attended a basketball game.
Disliked: Breakfast should of been complimentary. Had to pay for it.Also didn't know there was a deposit. Should of been informed on reservations about it. Wasn't on the form.
