Liked: Property was ok.
Disliked: To much noise from the road. They trying to get you with the breakfast, what I mean is that instead of saying on the website “breakfast available” they should say breakfast is not included, which is the first time we encounter that situation. A bunch of families that taking their breakfast were very confused and angry like us for not clearly understanding the breakfast rule. That was very disappointingThe pool was very dirty and we even not think about swim there when we saw it. Also, in the bathroom the shower handle was about to get broken and the furniture looks old, they covered the roof with plastic board with staples. That is a very cheap way of making the place look ok. And last but not least, the a/c unit was very loud and combined with the road noise, we barely sleep at night making it worse.

Disliked: I didn't like the fitness room. Out of date equipment. Way too small. Nothing to sanitize equipment before or after use.

Liked: Location and it has a hot tub by the pool. Was too windy for our taste to use it but nice addition.
Disliked: Not much. The vanity sink was cracked in about 3 places. Was a convenient room location too.

Liked: I had to learn the hard way the difference between Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express and that is the complimentary breakfast. This location said we could have breakfast for $12.95. No thank you. The hotel could also be updated updated and the overall cleanliness of the hotel could be improved.
