Excellent value and lovely staff

Liked: Whilst good price they retain facilities of an expensive hotel .. excellent room service, mini bar, good beds/linen, etc. I’m impressed.
Disliked: But dated

Liked: Two rooms were booked by myself for myself and my son. We had been allocated rooms on different floors. The receptionist moved us into adjacent rooms.

Liked: Great location on the edge of town, lots of free parking. Restaurants nearby.

Liked: The staff were amazing, especially Laura on the front desk. Upon check out, I realised I had left my chargers in the room, I telephoned and spoke to Georgia, who personally recovered them from the room and kept them behind the desk for me to collect once I had finished my work assignment later that evening.Really great service in the restaurant too and the food was great
