Exceptional

Liked: We are,a family of three plus a dog and have stayed twice. The staff are always friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to facilitate my daughter's gluten free requirement. The food is good and rooms comfortable.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have been able to reduce the heating in the room.

We had a lovely time...

Liked: We were upgraded from a standard double to a superior room. The bed was comfortable and it was a nice sized room. Breakfast was self service and cooked to a good standard. There was plenty of parking and although we were quite close to a busy road no road noise. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Disliked: post code took me to a place 25 miles away from actual hotel. Would suggest people actually type in The Havens when visiting

Liked: Breakfast quality.Size of room.Overall decor.
Disliked: Check in slow.Breakfast items slow to be replenished.Bathroom mould etc. could be cleaner.Paying individually by table before the restaurant would prepare food. Plus slow service.

Breakfast was a let down

Liked: Friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Breakfast really let the hotel down. No one came to take our order, we had to find someone to ask. Porridge inedible, just like hot milk! No cooked food available, had to keep waiting for bits to come out. No mugs had to find them in the cupboards. Only 1 member of staff in the restaurant trying to do everything! Very disappointed for the money.

Disliked: I would have preferred a bathroom with a walk in shower. Rather than a shower In a bath.
