The room, bed and customer service was all great! It was our first time at this hotel and in this area. The staff was very helpful with the shuttle information and also helping us out with a taxi service for a safe ride back. Thanks so much!

The beds were very comfortable for a hotel. The staff was very nice, except for the security guard. The shuttle was a very great extra!

Everything was great...hotel was clean and the hotel staff was awesome for helping with directions to places and very friendly. Check out was quick...oh and the Hotel Shuttle was quick and the driver was friendly and informative!!

Benjamin needs a raise!

Liked: BENJAMIN IS THE MAN!!! He decorated the hotel and was so, so helpful and enthusiastic. He is the embodiment of what I’d expect hospitality services to be. He made our good trip GREAT.
Disliked: Bathroom was really weird setup, the shower head was not fit correctly
