The room, bed and customer service was all great! It was our first time at this hotel and in this area. The staff was very helpful with the shuttle information and also helping us out with a taxi service for a safe ride back. Thanks so much!

The beds were very comfortable for a hotel. The staff was very nice, except for the security guard. The shuttle was a very great extra!

Everything was great...hotel was clean and the hotel staff was awesome for helping with directions to places and very friendly. Check out was quick...oh and the Hotel Shuttle was quick and the driver was friendly and informative!!

Benjamin needs a raise!
Liked: BENJAMIN IS THE MAN!!! He decorated the hotel and was so, so helpful and enthusiastic. He is the embodiment of what I’d expect hospitality services to be. He made our good trip GREAT.
Disliked: Bathroom was really weird setup, the shower head was not fit correctly

Nice place, a bit expensive...
Liked: The staff were friendly, the location was clean and the pool was very nice.
Disliked: Online booking said free breakfast, at the location it was stated at $9.95 a person. The outdoor area was to be vacant by 11pm, still people out there talking at 2am. The blinds do not close in the rooms. There are some white curtains, but I felt very exposed. The bathrooms do not have venting. So when you take a warmer shower everything gets all slippery and steamy. You also cannot adjust the rooms temperatures. It was 73 in the room and too hot for my family. We called down to the desk to see if they could change it but there was never any answer for them. Overall the place is beautiful and we would stay again for the rooms and pool.

Overall it was an amazing...
Liked: The location, the parking was good, the courtyard was phenomenal, the hotel staff was remarkable! Always made our beds and always restocked the towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Disliked: The curtains / blinds. They didn’t keep the other building lights from coming in. ( facing the highway)
