Disappointing

Liked: I liked how close it was to Lucas Stadium. And how they offered a restaurant right there at the hotel and the food was excellent. I loved how big the room was.
Disliked: I didn't like being charged twice for breakfast when I literally had my receipt from buying breakfast that day but yet I was charged again at checkout.

Liked: The staff were very professional. The hotel was a perfect location to walk to the event we were seeing.
Disliked: The restaurant was a little small.

Was an okay hotel.

Liked: Location was great. On site parking.
Disliked: Had trouble with room keys.Hot tub was not hot. Pool was too cold.Toilet in room ran a lot( loudly)

Not the best experience

Liked: It was what nothing special, average hotel for its money.
Disliked: One night I returned to the hotel and discovered that the room lock had broken. I couldn't get into the room (all my belongings was indise). Hotel stuff couldn't help me, they needed to wait till the next morning until the service arrived and opened the door. Hotel employee was sarcastic at first, until they realized that this is a serious problem that can't be resolved on spot. Then they finally became polite and apologized for the inconvinence. After the phone call with the manager they promised me a full refund, but when I came back home and contacted booking, manager changed their mind and offered just a 50% discound for one night when I couldn't get into my room.

Continent location and good accomodations...

Liked: Very close to Lucas Oil, area felt safe, good access within walking distance of food. Parking was close by and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Price during events is overly high for the accommodations. No free breakfast and paid breakfast isn’t really worth it. Hotel could use an update in areas.
