Bed Bugs

Disliked: My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I discovered bed bugs in my room 310, resulting in me having to leave the hotel and find and pay for new accommodations at 11pm at night. This completely ruined my trip/stay. I was unable to sleep, after moving to the new hotel not sure if I had bed bugs in my luggage or clothes I laid out on the bed. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the hotel management, they were dismissive to my request for a refund and suggested I contact the manager the next morning. They refused to offer a refund or any form of compensation for the terrible experience and health risk they exposed me to. After many days of working with Expedia the Manager refuses to give me a refund. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this Red Roof to reconsider. This hotel has a serious bed bug infestation, and their management is unwilling to take responsibility for the well-being of their guests. I will be reporting this incident to the health department. Along side the bug problem this area is a little sketchy. Not advised to walk alone at night.
