Liked: Staff were lovely. We were an Connexin centre the next day so a great location.
Disliked: Very dated. For the cost was expecting something a bit nicer. Not the hotels fault, but we drove around for 30 minutes trying to get in due to all the road works

Disliked: Breakfast awful. Eggs freezing, scrambled eggs to order, expected hot and fluffy but they were shocking as though they had been under a hot plate all night, tops of the scrambled egg hard.Replacement omelet hot but definitely not an omelet!Stains on carpet in room, very tired room including bathroom. Could do with some TLC all round.Sat down on sofa near bar and nearly went through the seat (padding gone).Please do not advertise Starbucks and then tell me the drinks I paid for were from the breakfast coffee machine. Gutted to be writing this as the staff are great and we picked your hotel purposefully.
