Disliked: make sure that the phone work

Good, but not great.

Liked: Mostly clean, the lobby has a nice high class look
Disliked: The toilets didn’t flush properly. The hotel is overpriced. The lobby looks high class, but the rooms although clean felt like a budget hotel. Plus those toilets drove me crazy.

Disliked: Elevators were not working

Liked: Convenient to walk to places for Food
Disliked: The room was not cool and very humid full of moisture which made it an unpleasant stay. Even when adjusting the Air Conditioner it still was not comfortable

Liked: It was close to the hospital.
Disliked: It was supposed to be a handicap accessible room. The restroom was poorly designed. The bed was not low! I fell and cut my toes! I'm a paraplegic

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The original room assignment had faulty air-conditioning..... but Alerted staff and room switched immediately with no hassle and apologies, which was magnificent . Technical difficulties with elevator, but again, staff very nice and apologies for inconvince.
