Liked: Location and free shuttle bus to Houston Airport
Disliked: There is a light in my room which could not be switched on despite trying several times. The hotel counter staff could not be of my help as he was the only one on duty.

Good for a short stay

Liked: Everything was fine but the shuttle service process needs to be improved. The process at the moment is that you call the hotel to book. It is apparent that they do not consider the needs of international travellers who may not be able to use a phone to call ahead. This hotel needs to start talking pre-arranged shuttle bookings that also align with flight times (domestic and international). I was mislead by the front desk clerk into thinking I could catch the last shuttle, only to be told the driver had left the terminal I was instructed to wait at. It left a bad impression on my stay. Such a simple adjustment to this process can make a big difference.
Disliked: The shuttle service booking process isn't good at all.

Liked: Bed very confortable. Airport shuttle perfect.
Disliked: The room was very "used", very noisy (heating system and room to room isolation very bad).the carpet not perfectly clean; the shower (single point) quite old .
