Disliked: Not enough entrances. They blocked them all off. Very inconvenient trying to get in

Liked: Location, Decor size of room. Shuttle bus driver (gustavo?) very sweet and caring
Disliked: Grumpy reception staff

Good room- poor shuttle service.

Liked: Slept well after a long day of flying.
Disliked: Had to wait 50 minutes for the pick up. Not as advertised. Driver would not help with bags. We are in our upper 80s, with recent hernia surgery. Not good.
