Way over priced for the...

Liked: Staff were friendly. Kitchen fed us even though we arrived right at closing time
Disliked: The plumbing in our bathroom was falling apart. The staff seemed to care when I mentioned it but that level of disrepair did happen over night. At least a few people knew it was that way and yet the hotel still sold the room.

Liked: Convenient to airport24 shuttle. Had a restaurant and welcoming staff.

Disliked: Even no there was a cold front lobby and restaurant where extremely cold.

Actually hotel and staff, except...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and convenient. Lori the shuttle driver was helpful, friendly and made sure the restaurant would take care of us even though we were a late arrival. Gabby in the restaurant was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shuttle pickup at Terminal B is NOT at the door. It is in the garage area. We were told the shuttle would arrive in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes we called and the front desk said it had already come by. We told her it had not as well as another couple that had waited for over an hour. She again told us to stay by the door. Finally, someone at the airport told us to go to the garage.
