Disliked: We originally booked only because of their indoor pool which was advertised but Their pool area wasn’t working correctly and they didn’t compensate us for either night we stayed there.

Underwhelming and disappointing

Liked: Bed was good. Room clean.
Disliked: Hot tub was not in working order.. ice maker was not in working order. Saturday there was no liquor service allowed the restaurant. Coffee was not great. The breakfast we paid for was not satisfactory. Issues with the key card working. Had to get it replaced.

Great stay with Holiday Inn....

Liked: The locations was very convenient for my work. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The 24hr gym and pool times were convenient. Overall great stay.
Disliked: The breakfast was quite standard, not bad. The fruit was a bit flavourless and options weren't very plentiful. The gym has limited equipment and the whirlpool was not functioning. There was also a very loud noise in the pool area.
